Junk Removal Services is a trade name of Open Corp, Wichita, Kansas. Effective July 8, 2026. Plain language on purpose.

What we collect and why

• What you give us for a quote: your name, phone number, a description of the junk, the ZIP code where it is, your preferred timing, and any photos you choose to upload. We use these for exactly one thing — quoting and scheduling your job.
• Photos you upload are used only to price your job. We don't publish customer-submitted photos.
• Website analytics: we use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use this site (pages visited, general location, device type). Google's cookie does that measuring — see Google's privacy policy. We don't see who you are from analytics.

Text messages

When you request a quote and check the SMS consent box, you agree that we may text and call the phone number you gave us about your quote and your job (quote follow-ups, appointment confirmations, arrival updates). That's it — no marketing blasts, no lists. Message frequency varies; typically 2–5 messages per job. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to any text and we'll stop texting; reply HELP for help or call (316) 369-4953.

We do not share, sell, or otherwise provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent information to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. What we never do

• We never sell or rent your information to anyone.
• We never use your information for anything unrelated to your junk removal job.

Want your info deleted after your job? Call or text (316) 461-7477 and we'll remove it.

Quotes and pricing

• Instant quotes on this site are ballpark estimates based on what you tell us. They're not a contract.
• The final price is confirmed with you before any work starts. If you don't like the number, you owe nothing and we part friends.
• Jobs outside our core Wichita service area may include a travel charge — always told to you up front, never after.

What we can't haul

Hazardous materials — wet paint, chemicals, asbestos, fuel, and the like. Everything else is generally fair game; ask if you're not sure.

Insurance & liability

We carry commercial general liability insurance ($1,000,000 per occurrence) — see our certificate. Our work on your property is covered by that policy. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount that policy pays.

The website

This site is provided as-is. Content (including quotes shown by our assistant) can contain mistakes; the confirmed price and the scheduled job are what count. These terms are governed by Kansas law.
